Customized and designed mold cup processing technology:
Step 1   Sign NDA confidentiality agreement
Before you provide any confidential information about your customized design cup (such as drawings, images, design requirements and even prototype samples, etc.), we will sign an NDA with your company.

Step 2  Design and modification of drawings
According to your customized design bottle requirements and drawings, our engineering team will provide manufacturing design reports and modify the drawings to complete the product design drawings, or provide design support for your product team to complete the drawings.

Step 3  Quotation
After completing and approving the design drawings, we will quote the prototype sample cost, sample delivery time, custom mold cost, mold delivery time, product cost, and production delivery time for your approval.

Step 4  Payment and sample making
  After receiving the sample payment, start sample production and send the sample for your approval:
  1. Customized prototype samples: 10 days
  2. Customized mold samples: 30~45 days
  3. Customized color samples: 10 days >Ship samples by express DHL, FFDEX, UPS, TNT

Step 5  Mass production and inspection
After receiving the deposit, mass production began. The lead time for mass production is usually 45 days, and the quality department will inspect and review the production process and before the goods are transferred.

Step 6  Final payment and shipping After receiving the final payment, we will cooperate with your freight forwarder to arrange delivery. The goods will arrive at your warehouse by air in about 10 days and by sea in about 40 days, subject to actual transportation.
